Summer Jazz Sessions at the Clyde Club Room

Looks like we’re going to keep up with these jazz session into the foreseeable future. Each week, we feature a different guest musician.

The Club Room is usually packed, so get there early. The food is excellent. The drinks are wonderful. And the vibe is spectacular.

This Wednesday Jazz Session Special Guests are John Weber and Kevin Piekarski!

John is long-time Fort Wayne resident and product of the local jazz scene, growing up and listening to local saxophone legends Morgy Craig and Dick Quigley. He’s also a member of the New Millennium Jazz Orchestra and works as a freelance musician performing with various groups around Northern Indiana.

Kevin has been assistant principal bass with the Fort Wayne Philharmonic since 1983. Born in South Bend, he began playing at age 12 and went on to earn his Bachelor of Music Degree from the Cincinnati College - Conservatory of Music. He played with the Dayton Philharmonic from 1981-83 before coming to Fort Wayne.
